1. What this covers

These terms cover the finalframe.ai website and the free Final Frame Extractor. By using them you agree to what is written here. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The service is free, and provided as-is

The Final Frame Extractor costs nothing and requires no account. It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be available, that it will work with every video, or that the frames it produces will suit your purpose. We may change it, rate-limit it, or withdraw it at any time without notice.

3. Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the frames you extract. We claim no licence over them. We do not use them for training, publication, or any purpose other than producing your frames, and we delete them automatically within 60 minutes — see the Privacy Policy.

4. What you must not upload

You agree not to upload material that:

• you do not have the right to use;
• is unlawful, including sexual material involving minors;
• is intended to attack, overload, or probe the service.

We may block access, without notice, where we believe the service is being abused or used automatically at a scale that degrades it for other people.

5. The retired FinalFrame application

The paid FinalFrame video-generation application is offline. New sign-ups are closed and no payments are being taken. If you hold an unused credit balance from that application, email support@finalframe.ai and we will deal with it individually and in good faith. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell that application or a promise that it will return.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, General AI, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the extractor, including lost data, lost profits, or loss of the videos you uploaded. The service is free; our total liability to you is limited accordingly.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
